How to use the product: dissolve 2 tablespoons of yeast in water or juice, drink once or maximum twice a day. Recommended daily dose is 15 g (3-4 teaspoons).
You can add sugar or honey, because brewer’s yeast has intesive and specific taste. We recommend using the yeast every day throughout 3 weeks, then take a week off and after start again.
Storage method: in a dry and cool place, tightly closed.
