Ingredients: (8 muffins) (na 8 babeczek)
- chokeberry jam
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix an egg with yogurt and add butter and vanilla flavor. Place 8 muffin liners in the muffin mold. Spoon nearly half of the batter into the muffin liners. Put a tablespoon of jam at the center of muffins and then pour the rest of batter on the top of muffins so as to cover the jam. Bake muffins for 30 minutes in the preheated oven until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes and remove from the mold.
